Some oil money for feeding this crowd is not enough. The same can be said about the «infantrymen» of the current President. While the flow of money earned in the Tula, Krasnoyarsk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kemerovo, and other regions is flowing into the well-known national republics, they will certainly be loyal to the Center.
